Ihre Aufgaben

Unterstützung im First- und Second-Level-Support (Remote & vor Ort)
Betreuung und Administration der Microsoft 365 Umgebung sowie von Windows- und Linux-Systemen
Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Clients, Software und IT-Arbeitsplätzen sowie Mitarbeit und Ausbau der IT-Infrastruktur (Netzwerk, Server & Cloud)
Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Hard- und Softwareumfeld inkl. Zusammenarbeit mit externen IT-Dienstleistern
Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten und Dokumentation von Systemen, Prozessen und Lösungen

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld (z. B. Fachinformatiker*in, IT-Systemelektroniker*in) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder der Systemadministration wünschenswert, idealerweise im Remote-Support und mit hybriden Arbeitsplätzen
Fundierte Grundkenntnisse in Microsoft 365 / Office 365, Windows-Client- und Serverumgebungen, Linux-Systemen und Netzwerktechnik
Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Cloud-Umgebungen, Skripting (beispielsweise PowerShell, Bash), IT-Dokumentation / Ticket-Systemen sowie Grundkenntnisse in der IT-Sicherheit wünschenswert
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Reisebereitschaft und Führerschein Klasse B
